Kona Super Coffee — Return & Refund Policy
Overview
Because coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or exchanges on roasted coffee once it has been shipped.
If an order error occurs (wrong item, damaged product, or other issue), please reach out to us within 7 business days of delivery. We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
Eligible Returns
Non-coffee merchandise such as apparel, mugs, or accessories may be eligible for return if:
Returned within 14 business days of delivery
Unused and in its original condition and packaging
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item was damaged or sent in error.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method.
Refund times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days so we can make it right.
Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description of the problem.
