Freshly Roasted, Shipped with Care
We roast, pack, and ship our coffee with care to ensure every bag arrives fresh from our farm to your cup.
All orders are shipped via USPS using live calculated rates based on your order’s weight and destination.
Processing Time
Orders are typically roasted and fulfilled within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your USPS tracking number.
Please note that USPS delivery times may vary depending on your location and service delays.
Free Shipping
Orders over $100 qualify for free USPS shipping.
Subscription members always receive free shipping on every order.
Delivery Issues
Kona Super Coffee is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by USPS.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
