By placing an order with Kona Super Coffee, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before making a purchase. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website.
Products and Orders
We roast and ship our coffee fresh from our family farm in Hawaii.
All product descriptions and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
Once an order has been roasted and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. For damaged or incorrect orders, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery at sales@konasupercoffee.com.
Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, and full payment is required at checkout or at each subscription renewal.
We reserve the right to update pricing or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
We use USPS for all deliveries. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Kona Super Coffee is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once marked as delivered by USPS.

Returns and Refunds
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once it has shipped.
Non-coffee items (e.g., apparel or accessories) may be eligible for return within 14 business days if unused and in original condition.

Subscriptions
By enrolling in our subscription program, you authorize recurring billing at your selected frequency.
You may pause, skip, or cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account.
Once an order has been roasted, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product images, text, logos, and designs — is the property of Cancino Family Farm / Kona Super Coffee and may not be used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Kona Super Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for your order.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
